Who can guide me in choosing my treatments? Our expert staff will help you arrange the most appropriate treatment for you. Remember, your needs may change from day-to-day. Massage is always good, but certain treatments may be more suitable depending on your requirements of the day.
What if I have special health considerations? Please let us know any concerns you might have when booking your service. Some issues might be high blood pressure – headaches – or if you are pregnant. At any moment during your experience you feel discomfort, tell your therapist immediately.
When should I arrive? Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service. This will allow you the necessary moments your body and mind need, to have the deserving experience you are worth.
What should I wear during my treatment? It is recommended that you remove your clothing. You will be fully draped while on the massage table and only those areas being worked will be bare. Your comfort level is our greatest priority, so of course you may dress to whatever is most comfortable for you.
Where can I put my valuables and clothing? Inside every one of our treatment suites, your therapist will show you where you can place you jewelry, clothing, shoes and personal belongings. Each room has been outfitted with ample space for your continued comfort throughout your stay.
How do I ensure my comfort? This is your time and we are here for you. Whether room temperature, massage pressure, ambient lighting or concentrated areas to be addressed in the service, our goal is your greatest experience. Communication between you and your therapist is absolutely essential – both before AND during your treatment. Please notify us of any preferences you may have as you should not be uncomfortable at any time.
What if I am late for my appointment? Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your experience. Your treatment will end on time as to not disrupt other guests.
