Cancellation Policy
Our Policy: At Essential Elements we strive to give you our very best in order to enhance your massage experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, our most valued client, and also to benefit our therapists. We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to be your favorite place for massage therapy!
Arrival: We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your first treatment. This allows you ample time to check-in, complete a short health intake form and then prepare for your treatment.
Late Policy: Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client is not delayed. You will also be expected to pay the full amount of what would have been your treatment time should you arrive late to your appointment. In the case that we are running late, you will receive your full scheduled treatment time.
Missed Appointments: When you book an appointment with us that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that massages therapists only get paid when they deliver a service... therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients.
With that said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that you unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone please call our office (440-826-1100) at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, leave a message on our voicemail. If we do not hear from you and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy must and will be applied.
Note: We recognize there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
Please understand that we are a small business and it is necessary for us to enforce these policies.
